In ASA.......once I looked at 8-8-k...........I never glanced at 8-9-d (until Don brought the doubt into my mind)......since the wording was almost the same......I figured my crappy eyes missed something.

Thanks for looking that up Mike.......I put in 15 hours today........and am about too darn tired to have hunted the casebook myself.........
