The only one I personally saw was that after a pitch, the batter stepped out and while still moving collided with the catcher who was attempting to pick off the runner at 3rd. It was a possible play as the runner at 3rd had taken a big lead.
Is that what you asked?

To many umpires think the batter has to do something intentionally for it to be INT.
Where I moved to I do not see any good training.
