I'm confused...
You're doing high school ball that has added local league modifications? Honestly never heard of such a thing. (If it's U-Trip, please post it as such ... that's surely not the default assumption on here). And Chap --- I don't always read who the poster is... I read the post and comment on the post.

In the "Please confirm - misc" topic last week:
2) ASA rules require avoidance effort by batter if HBP. Others (NHFS, PONY, USSSA) do not if completely in batters box.
