She clearly had possession before touching dead ball area.
1) Why is this a question?
2) Was the BU chasing, only PU seen in video?
3) Did the calling ump get a good look?

There's somebody near the first base line, but it's too blurry when I try to pause it to determine who it might be or what he/she is doing.

But, at the very end of the video, a man in blue steps near the fence and makes sure she is alright as she comes back onto the field. He then looks like he's heading back to a position near 3B before the video ends. As quickly as he got out there, I gotta believe he was "on his horse."

Right, and at 0.27, you can see both BU, the other near 1st.
