A story from a slow pitch game a few years back....

I noticed a rattle in one of a teams bats and informed the coach that this bat was not to be used in the game. When he asked me why, I shook the bat so he could hear the rattle and he says..."C'mon, blue...that is just some dirt that has got in through the end cap"
