5th foul question...
BJV, A-1 shoots, B-1 fouls A-1,two shot foul, I am the lead and call the foul. (2 man) I report to the table. Table informs me it was the 5th foul. Player already knows it and heads toward the bench....

I was pretty sure it was when the coach was notified. The player ran his mouth after I got the signal from the table but before I notified the coach.
