			Honestly, I have to agree with Robert for once.  It seems rather silly that a foul like this would be enforced from the kickoff.  Unsportsmanlike stuff, absolutely... but pass interference, or worse, lesser fouls - doesn't make sense. But I agree that it's not likely to go away any time soon.
