Is she being promoted? Yes. I imagine that she is seeing similar treatment that someone with the last name of Perry or Houculi is seeing. The name can get you there, but your ability allows you to stay.



I think this is at the high school level, at least all the one's I've seen are.

She did do 10 years at other levels before moving up, though -- right?
