IW question
Its a kickoff. The ball is coming down at R's 3 yardline, where R44 catches the kick at the 3, as he is backpeddling. His momentum carries him into his own endzone. While in the EZ, we have an inadvertent whistle. What choices do we present to R?

Replay the down or take the ball at the R-3 due to the momentum exception.
