Since Team-K is kicking from the R-30, I think you would want the HL to be on the R-20 as the BJ is already on the R-30 as should be your Umpire on the opposite side of the field.

We're still using 4 man mechanics. Whomever has the kicking team's restraining line is obviously the one who needs to know if the kick goes up, or goes down and if necessary relay that information to his crew mates if necessary.
