I have the freely-available NCAA rule/casebook in PDF format, years 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007.

Are there any other years available, prior to 2001? Also, when does the 2008 one become available?

I Can't seem to get it to let me look at either manual, I'm a paid member. Could anyone forward me the 2008 manuals via email? I'm trying to study and they would be very helpful. My state association said they won't be sending the new ones out for at least another week.
