Taping Cleats and wearing shoe covers.. Illegal or not?
Hey there fellas...
Just had a question... We're out in Northern California and we're told that taped cleats and shoe covers (spat wraps) are not allowed. I had a ref tell one of my kids to pull the tape off... he had the "traditional" ankle wrap... Legal or not? thanx in advance
