Odd Notre Dame/GT question
I'm watching the Notre Dame/Georgia Tech game and I noticed that the Back Judge (as he was spotting the ball for a measurement) had a championship ring on. couldn't tell with TiVo what it was for. I also tried to find out his name, but the crew's names are in the box scores online.

anybody have any idea who the B is?

The official ND/GT game program lists the B as Tommy Pace. No idea what the ring was for.

Go Bowling Green Falcons! Minnesota continues to be a joke. A great season for Minnesota would be .500 against the MAC and .250 in the Big Ten.

Also, Appalachian State! Anyone beating the guys from up north is ok with me. Go Buckeyes!

That's one thing that is boring with sports: by seeing just one regular season game, can we predict the whole season? Whatever happened to Any Given Saturday?
