why wouldn't you be allowed to preset when cutting? According to 2-17-2, it doesn't say that you CAN'T preset or hesitate before cutting.

a. All players involved in the blocking are on the line of scrimmage and in the zone at the snap.
b. The contact is in the zone
I really see nothing about "immediately" cutting.
