My crew puts two under the uprights. Always, in 5-man. This season we switched to putting the wing at my back (I'm the R) underneath. On one end of the field, it's the LJ. On the other, it's the L.

4-man, we use the book mechanics, but I'm toying with putting the U under with the LJ.
