NCAA Mechanics, NFHS Rules/Mechanics

I'm from Australia so I don't imagine I'll be refereeing HS or College Basketball anytime soon. However, I'm interested in the rules differences from FIBA and also the different mechanics used - in detail.

I've found the NCAA rules online (for the previous season - I imagine it will be updated soon for the coming season). But I can't find a manual that describes the mechanics used. Nor can I find anything related to HS rules or mechanics online.

So if anyone can point me in the right direction - or provide a link then that would be great or if I can't get it online then just knowing that would be good - so I can stop looking.

I'm a Chinese ref, this is the NCAA current rules, http://www.ncaa.org/library/rules/20...ball_rules.pdf
I don't have the mechanics and NFHS's.
Great, you live in NSW, Sydney, I know a FIBA ref there, Giersch.

NFHS rules are not available online, unless you're an NFHS member.

Is there someone who I could email and try and get around this. It's not like I'm trying to get around paying my dues since I'm not actually reffing HS games - I'm not even in the right country!

Your best bet would be to go to www.nfhs.com and order the book(s) you want. They're pretty reasonably priced.
