I appreciate the input from everyone. Here's what I had--looks like we're all on the same page for the most part

#1. R 1/10 @ R20, snap

#2. K 4/10 @ K40, ready

#3. A 1/21 @ A11, ready

#4. B 1/10 @ A47, snap.


#5a. A 3/5 @ B15, ready.
#5b. Safety. B Free Kick @ B-20

The only remaining question I have is on #5a. Should the clock be on the RFP because no new series was awarded to B or on the snap because it would've been B's ball had it not been for the penalty (some NCAA rules are like this)?

5a - the clock starts on the ready because it was stopped for an official's timeout to administer the penalties. If the ball had become dead OOB then it would start on the snap.
