your right it is mainly used for fashion, which does nto make it a reason to make it legal i understand i was just wondering the reasoning behind the rule, thank you i appreciate it, and eye black from my experiance doesnt work to well. personal opinion tho...but i do appreciate the facts!

Canadian Ruling
Clear eyeshields are permitted no questions asked.
Tinted shields are permitted only if the kid presents the league with a doctors note.
