that rules toall divisions? and there are some where you can see through why is that not specified? also in the case of a head or neck injury they unscrew the face mask so that shouldnt be an issue....? i dont totally understand maybe you being a ref would could help me cause like a yellow or a red? those dont cover eyes? or a light grey? not sure please help on y?
