Mr. Fronheiser, I've already said in my first post in this thread that I probably would have passed on the defensive end penalty give the level and game situtation. I just don't agree with you that you that "there's more than just getting it right" and you should not throw a flag in the hopes that you don't embarass a crew member. I feel that you embarass the "whole" crew if you do that. Just like in football, if the tightend misses his block the fullback isn't going to pass up the block because it's someone else's block. Please trust me that I don't over officiate or run amuck throwing flags everywhere. We are a team and must cover for each other at times. I will admit to the occational freeze up and was thankful there was someone there to pick me up. Once again....no disrespect just a difference in style.
