NCAA Play Clock

On a foul, the play clock is set to 25. On a defensive injury, it's set to 40. What if both happen on the same play?

Thanks

40. See 3-4-c-4. 4 is actually under the section on when the clock will be set at 25 but contains the exception for defensive injuries.

With that said, if the player is off before (especially way before) the ball is marked, then I'll probably leave it at 25 and go from there.
