NCAA FB Play Clock
A running play ends near the line to gain. R signals for the clock to stop for a measurement. At the same time another official signals for the clock to stop because of an injured defensive player.
Does the play clock get set to 25 (for the measurement) or 40 (for the injured defensive player)? Does it matter which official signals first, or which stoppage is the last to be cleared?

Bob,
I have not done any NCAA since the 40 second clock came in, so I will let others answer your question. In my Fed games, it would be whichever came first. If I stop it for a measurement then we discover an apparently injured player, i would not make him sit out a play as long as he was ready to go by the time the measurement was over. In like manner, if we stop it for an apparently injured player, he has to sit out a play even if we subsequently decide to measure.
