Thank you for responding. After some discussion between the WH and the U, the roughing penalty was walked off, then the face mask was walked off, the ball was placed at the original LOS and............wait for it....... A was given a first down. The WH even used the word "offsetting" to our Head coach.
As an assistant coach, and former HS official, I have a great appreciation for the work officials do. Thanks
