Actually these are "Double" fouls and not multiple fouls (multiple are two or more by same team)

"It is a double foul if both teams commit fouls (other than non-player unsportsmanlike), during the same live ball period in which...
There is a change of possession (in your play there is) and the team in possession at the end of the down (team b) fouls prior to the final change of possession (team B did so) unless all fouls committed by R (b) are Post scrimmage kick fouls (roughing is not a PSK foul)... the penalties cancel and the down is replayed"
