Seems like the NFHS committee knew there was going to be a ton of NCAA changes and decided to table any of their proposals until next year to make sure they didn't get ahead of Art and John. Heaven forbid the NFHS committee ever take any initiative on its own. They seem to feel obliged to be slaves to higher level rule sets.
