Do you have to submit "ejection reports?"

We have incident reports for serious incidents.. of which a simple ejection is not. Does your association require you to submit a report of an ejection?

Every ejection must be documented in our leagues. A list of circumstances, which teams, which player, which umpires were present.

I won't be coming here that much anymore. I might check in now and again.

I wonder if that policy keeps coaches in the game who should be tossed. It has to add the thought "man, if I toss this fool, I'm gonna have to write a report."

Verbal to the league administrator (which in this area is the local county sports & rec office).

Yup. We have an online form we fill out on our website that gets emailed to our appointed ejection's officer (who happens to be streamdoc on here). He boils it down and submits a report to the league within 48 hours.

High School in Indiana you have to submit a report anytime you dump a coach. And I do think it reduces the number of tosses there are. I know I don't want to have to fill one of those out The tournament rankings being based on coaches votes also probably reduces the number of ejections as well!

I sometimes joke with the players that I don't like to eject people for that reason, but they do know that if someone crosses the line, I don't hesitate.
