More Reports to File

The other day I shared a report that I filed about an umpire who used foul language during a high school game. We have played three consecutive nights this week and I have filed five reports on six umpires. The difference is that these reports all go something like this:

"As is always the case ##### showed the highest level of professionalism on the baseball field in our recent game. Mr. ##### is always prepared and always works hard. His effort is appreciated by both coaches and players."

I always try to take the time to file reports like this because I know that there are many more good or great umpires than there are bad ones.
