Yep. I have told coaches that they asked the question and I answered it. If they already know they won't like the answer, they shouldn't ask in the first place.

Coaches constantly chirping about travels or fouls,yelling across the court, or saying things like "That's terrible" after asking a question have gotten old with me and will have a short leash rather quickly.

Me personally, the first time a coach has something to say that is not a question respectfully, I let them know and move on. However, if they continue I will proceed with a T.
