The coach of course said, "Even for a JV game?" Yes coach, even for a JV game. I didn't get a sub then, just waited; but wish I had because it took awhile for him to take off his shoes, remove the sleeve and then put shoes back on.
By rule he has one minute to fix the uniform situation without penalty, but after that it is a team technical foul per 10-1-5a.
