The other team will get two of the next three alternating possession situations.

To be honest, it's a lot more crucial in an overtime period (where the first possession is really meaningful) to not let teams violate obviously, but I agree with Jeff. Unless it's really, really obvious, it's not getting called.

I called it once in a hs game. I'd had the team two days earlier and got caught by surprise, so I was waiting for it that night. That's the only time I've ever made the call, and it was pretty blatant.

Had them again in my next game and they didn't do it.

Away, home, away. It was sophomore boys (more like JV in most places), and the assignor was likely not taking into account the away teams. It was before arbiter, and everything was done with phone calls and calendar books.

End of the game, visitors were trying to foul to stop the clock, but V1 decided to bear hug H1 and throw him to the floor. H1 fought back, and his teammate came flying in to help.
Then, after V1 was sent to the bench, his coach, for some inexplicable reason, sent him to the locker room. He flipped off the crowd on his way to the table.
