If a deadball T was called, why was Iowa given the ball at the division line? NCAA technicals are 2 shots and POI, not 2 shots and the ball.

I love it when people are so sure that they are right, only to find out otherwise.
Sadly your rules knowledge is no better than that displayed by the crews on these two games.
