When does the foul take place and who is it on?

I think we covered this a year or so ago -- this group had put out several videos.

foul on the offensive post player WAY before the whistles were blown.

for the life of me, I don't understand why guys can't simply blow their whistles sooner to call the 1st foul....rather than the 3rd or 4th!

Is there a statute of limitations of when videos can be posted again?

You guys are like Goldilocks when I post a video. This one is too grainy. This one is too far away. This one has been talked about before.

I've only been around for a year or so, so I don't think I've seen it. I'd want to have a whistle at 14 seconds -- I could see it going either way, and might have a double foul. The offensive player has his left arm wrapped around the defender, and the defender grabs a hold and pulls.
