Please forgive my ignorance on the NBE rules, but what's the ruling with the RA? Is this ignored on this play, or does the RA have a totally different ruling as compared to the NCAA?
(I guess on second look, you could say that LBJ extended his knee therefore eliminating the RA.) |

As seen in the other thread, contact with a vertical defender is very tempting to call a block. I just saw a similar play in tonight's CAA championship game between Delaware and William and Mary. I couldn't find the game on ESPN3, but the play is at 0:51 in the second half.
