Things I saw

These were all observed in High School Missouri Post season. Which ones are correct? Would any be correct procedure in NCAA- M or NCAA-W?
Play 1: A1 is leading a Fast Break. Behind him, A2 Intentionally fouls B2 in the 'painted area'. Officials have B2 shoot 2 foul shoots and have Team A inbound the Throw-in on the endline. Are the Officials correct?

Play 2: A1 is about to attempt the first of a one-and-one free-throw situation. The administering official steps in and erroneously informs players that two free throws will be taken. A1's first attempt is unsuccessful. The missed free throw is rebounded by A2, with all other players motionless in anticipation of another throw. The officials recognize their error at this point. The officials let Team A retained possession of the ball because the controlled the rebound. Are the Officials correct?

Play 3: A1 is fouled in the act of shooting. The basket is made. As the official is reporting the foul, A1 and B1 are each assessed a Technical foul. Officials have A1 shoot the 'and 1' foul with players lined up and allow play to continue with the made or missed throw. Are the Officials correct?

Play 1: where do you think throw-in should be, and by which team?

Play 3: how do you think Double T's should be administered?

1 = No. It's an intentional foul. Remember the penalty for an intentional foul.

2 = No. One team was put at a disadvantage. Blow the whistle and go to the AP arrow (NFHS Case Book 8.6.1b). I don't have the ARs for the other codes.

3 = Remember what happens on double technicals. This could be different in NCAAW if one of the Ts was a flagrant 2 or for dead-ball contact. In that case the offended team would receive the throw-in.
