Work hard is the best advice of all. In every drill in practice, in every game, etc. And if you want a great personal improvement guide, get a copy of STUFF every player should know about basketball by Dick DeVencio. IT will point out little things you can do every time on the court to work harder and smarter, be more aware, etc. In basketball, a lot of little things add up to be big things.
