Your probably right. I think their other protocall is never call traveling even if their is traveling.

Or their rules provide for situations that are not traveling under their rule set where as they would be under NFHS/NCAA rule sets.

Where in any rule set does it say a defender has to get "all ball"? I am in the no-call camp on this one. He hits the hand while in contact with the ball.
