This was not the main reason I retired from college ball after the 07-08 season, but the NCAA TF section is a good reason for any college basketball official to go insane. I have a bachelor's degree in engineering with a double major in civil and mechanical engineering and a minor in mathematics and I still get a headache trying to decode the NCAA TF section. It is just sheer nonsense that that rule has to be so long and convoluted. I honestly believe that one good substitute the TF rule from 1963-64 and still accomplish what the NCAA wants to accomplish as long as the officials know the rules and use logic in applying them. I will now go back to my nap in my Barcalounger in the corner.
