I read Part 1 and now reading Part 2, thought I would share.

The ref in Part 2 says, "If I hear someone yell “3 seconds!” – I start my count over." If I was a coach and knew this was his "policy", I'd yell "3 seconds" when my team is on offense and my player is in the lane.
