Check with your state association about this. If there is a maximum quarters of participation per/day/season rule they may want you to have the players entered and penalized according to or regardless of the NFHS rule.

The question is Team A (Visitors) charged with an Administrative TF for the adding of A9, 10, and A11's names and numbers to the Scorebook after the rule imposed time limit.
