Happily, since NYC BV & GV are under different rule sets I don't forget which one to use. If there are boys on the court I use NFHS, if there are girls I use NCAAW.

I had 2 PCs Friday. I punched on the spot, behind the head when reporting.

That is typically how I do it. Hopefully the supervisor isn't there as they are sticklers for hand behind the head signal.
