I believing your lying eyes. Different standards for different players. that's why ratings suck. lots of better options on tv than watching horrible basketball

Actually the NBA ratings are quite high. The NBA gets better ratings in the playoffs than most MLB playoff games and even the World Series. The World Series this past year had worse ratings then the NBA Finals and the Pro Bowl (yes the Pro Bowl). I think the NBA is good. Actually all sports TV ratings have dropped but the NFL.

And I do not see any HS officials seeing this let alone ejecting someone because of it. Please HS officials do not get many of these plays when they are looking right at them directly or call intentional fouls when warranted and in front of God and country no matter who the player is that did the act.

Peace

You refer to HS officials in the third person. Do you put yourself in this category?

How else would I refer to officials that work HS? And since most people here are HS officials or only work HS, what other way would you like me to reference those that work HS basketball?

Peace

OK, what is the excuse now big guy? LBJ fouls out in the closing seconds on a screen. He was called for a foul that was close on a verticality play (I would like to see that again BTW). Now what? It does not seem to fit your little theory.

Peace

A lot of things don't fit people's prejudices when it comes to the NBA. After the 3rd game Miami blow-out I was reading all kinds of conspiracy theories on Facebook. Nevermind that Miami outscored Indy in the paint 52-38 with no legit post players, Miami outshot Indy 55% to 40%, and that Indy shot 44 FTs to Miami's 28 FTs.

I mean, I don't watch a lot of NBA at all (haven't watched a full game yet this season) but it's not b/c of these ridiculous tin foil helmet reasons that I keep reading from folks.

I am pretty much in the same boat but mostly because I love college basketball more. I mainly only watch games in the NBA in the playoffs. And I only watch series games that I am interested in. I will watch the top players and teams, but not watch teams I care nothing about or do not know most of the players (which is not impossible for me). But I get real tired of the conspiracies theories after ever game.

Peace

Illegal screen on Stephenson.

No seriously, what is he doing there moving in that way? Wade couldn't expect him to turn like that away from the play, and he tried to jump to get by him. No call.

I don't watch much NBA action myself, but I really got into the Golden State/Denver series. Nice to see two good teams go at it which you don't see often during the regular season.
