Hits inbounds? Or out?
If inbounds, that basically makes it a throwin. If they touch it again, then it is a violation for one of two possible reasons....a throwin violation or an OOB violation...doesn't really matter which unless it was an AP throwin. If it bounces OOB, it is nothing as long as it doesn't then go inbounds.....which would make it an illegal throwin.
