Is there such a thing...
Working V Girls last night with different partner. A dribbling and gets held on the arm by B - I blow whistle - partner blows whistle - my zone - I have a common foul on B and he says he saw a little contact with elbow from A - says he has an intentional - he wants to go with double foul - one of them being intentional.
I am unable to find where you can have a double foul with one being intentional. Is there such a thing? He goes with it and no free throws are shot with resumption being POI.
