Visitor scores basket with 5 seconds to play. Home brings ball up court, but doesn't get shot off before time expires.

Home coach goes to the R asking why no one (not even players) saw/heard her calling a time out.

R grants the time out. Puts 5 seconds back on the clock. Home will inbound again under Visitor basket.

After the discussion and during the timeout, Visitor coach sends player to table to check in. Visitor book tells girl she's not in the book, go sit down. Player does.

Home book sees this, calls R over to say player not in book tried to check in. R calls T on Visitor bench for player not in book.

During the discussion between R and visitor coach, U administers free throw to home player.

Home team inbounds at mid-court with 5 seconds left. Again, no shot is attempted. Game over. Visitor wins by one.
