Is there such a thing...

Working V Girls last night with different partner. A dribbling and gets held on the arm by B - I blow whistle - partner blows whistle - my zone - I have a common foul on B and he says he saw a little contact with elbow from A - says he has an intentional - he wants to go with double foul - one of them being intentional.

I am unable to find where you can have a double foul with one being intentional.

Is there such a thing?

He goes with it and no free throws are shot with resumption being POI.

Personally, I think one happened BEFORE the other. which one?

On the other hand, if yours happened first, his call was a good one.

What does the definition of Double Foul say? Is it "personal fouls against each other" or "common fouls against each other?" That will help you answer your question.

Note that NCAAW (at least) would still have it as a double foul, but would administer it differently (substituting FF1 for IP)

And I believe that was a rule change from last year.

And an intentional foul with an elbow would not be described as "little contact." It has to be obvious.

Which one

My called foul happened first

I am going with false double foul and penalizing both. In OP sounds like holding foul occurred first. Foul on B1 and free throws for A1 if we are in bonus situation with nobody lined up. Foul by A1 is dead ball foul contact deemed intentional. Technical foul on A1. After A1 shoots their free throws if warranted, then any player from team B will shoot free throws for technical foul and team B will get the ball at division line.
