Ask your assigner how games at that level are to be officiated. Maybe you're (the OP, not Adam to whol I recognize I am relying) being an OOO for these games.

It doesn't matter how long you referee, you run into these guys.

I am in my 12th year. I run into them. I have a good friend who is in his 30th year, he runs into them.

He said to me, "I know they are talking about how slow I am when we have a TO"

We have to live with them, they aren't going to change.

Sorry, I was thinking primarily of walking onto the court right before tip-off.
