#2 disagree - inadvertent combination of SL player moving to his left at the same time the MSU player extends his arm trying to direct his teammate.

Not sure what the NCAAM rule is - if it's black/white any contact of that nature is a F-1, then agree you really have no choice but to penalize as such.

But if there's any room for interpretation by the official, I think you can pass.

The rule is that if contact by the elbow above the shoulders is not incidental, then it cannot be a common foul -- it must be F1 or F2. However, it very clearly states that such contact can be incidental as well.
