Did anyone see the last part of the game where in my opinion there should have been an intentional foul on the layup? The defender clearly grabbed the guys hand.

The call is about judgement.
By definition you are probably correct.
In actuality, stay away from that borderline call when the big boys are playing.

Thanks and I appreciate the clarification on the team, all I remember is seeing the Georgia on the front of the jerseys...as far as judgement is concerned, the defender clearly pulled the mans arm out of his socket and in my judgement, it was intentional. If that was called, I dont think anyone would have argued about it. But I was on the couch and not in the game.

Well, you sure make it sound like an intentional foul.

I often wonder how the big time officials are advised to call fouls, or not. I have to believe that they are calling stuff in accordance with the direction they are given.

I saw it and agree that it should have been intentional no matter what level.
