His ruling was meant for OhioHSAA basketball officials but the Casebook Play supported a NFHS Ruling. And yet six years later, with no change in the NFHS Rules, someone in the OhioHSAA issued a ruling that is contradictory to a correct ruling that had already been made. MTD, Sr.
