Another AP throwin Q

team A is late to oob spot for AP throwin and ref has placed ball on floor and counting. A1 fails to release ball in 5 sec. B's throwin but 1) is AP arrow also reversed to B? and 2) if reversed, when is it reversed?

when Team A violates. Arrow switches on throwin ending. Team B awarded throwin for the violation.
